An installation of your own. Really.
Every customer gets its own instance, database, file storage and address, on servers in Switzerland. No data is shared with other companies.
- You sign in with a password and two-factor authentication (2FA), or with a passkey. A deactivated account is locked out everywhere.
- Two independent axes: the level says how much of bagai a person administers, the department roles say what they see and do in everyday work.
Pricing

CHF 19per user / month
The list price is CHF 49 per user per month. Until 31 March 2027 the launch price is CHF 19, and if you subscribe by then you keep paying 19 afterwards, for as long as your subscription runs, including for users you add later. One price, for every person who uses bagai: no tiers, no paid add-ons. Here’s what’s in it:
Launch price from launch on 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027; from 1 April 2027 the list price is CHF 49. It’s the final price, in Swiss francs: in Switzerland it includes VAT where due; outside Switzerland we add no Swiss tax. bagai is sold to businesses only. Beta participants who subscribe by 31 March 2027 stay at 19.

Consulting, domains and customisation
- Customisation
- We adapt bagai’s features to what your company needs. It starts with a free 30-minute introductory video call. Then we send you a quote, also free of charge: you only pay for the customisation if you accept it. Book the free video call
- Dedicated consulting
- CHF 180 per hour, VAT included. Hours with one of our consultants, dedicated to your company. This is separate from the introductory video call, which is free.
- Domain
- Instead of yourcompany.cust.bagai.ch you can use your own domain. If you already have one, just point its DNS at your instance: there’s no extra cost. If we register it for you, a standard domain such as .ch or .com costs CHF 5 per month, VAT included; for domains with special registration costs, we’ll quote you a price case by case.
- Phone number
- Just like the domain: we give you a business number to make and take calls from bagai, with a voice menu, call transfer and voicemail. If you need a proper phone system in the office, we resell and install Yeastar. Price on request.

What is bagai?

For companies that work for clients, in any country: engineering and consulting firms, IT service providers, MSPs and software houses, installers and field technicians, service companies. If you’re coming from ClickUp, there’s an importer.
