- Sign-ups from 1 November 2026. Launch on 1 December 2026, at the launch price of CHF 19 per user per month instead of 49: beta participants who subscribe by 31 March 2027 stay at 19 afterwards.
- Signing up is free and commits you to nothing.
- You receive the beta terms before you start, together with the data processing agreement. It’s up to you whether to accept them.
- We tell everyone who signs up how many places there are and how long the beta lasts.
What you get
From sign-up onwards:
- confirmation straight away, on this page;
- a message from us with the next steps;
- if your sign-up is accepted, bagai to use on your own work, on the web;
- a direct line to the people who build it: we read your reports ourselves, and we reply ourselves;
- your data, exportable to CSV at any time.
The beta terms arrive before you start, together with the number of places and the duration.
What we’re looking for
Your opinion, based on real use.
- Use it on real projects, with real people: it’s the only way to know whether it’s right for you.
- Tell us what doesn’t work, what’s awkward and what’s missing.
- Try the voice commands and let us know when they misunderstand you: we’re fine-tuning them in the field.
- Expect a few changes along the way: it’s a beta.
Price
From 1 December 2026 bagai costs CHF 19 per user per month, VAT included, all-inclusive, instead of the CHF 49 list price. Subscribe by 31 March 2027 and you keep paying 19 afterwards. Questions about the beta
How much does the beta cost?
You’ll receive the beta terms before you start. From the 1 December launch, bagai costs CHF 19 per user per month instead of 49, VAT included, and if you subscribe by 31 March 2027 you stay at 19 afterwards. The price covers AI tokens, a dedicated instance and database, and every module, including the ones that start switched off.
How long does it last?
There are two confirmed dates: sign-ups from 1 November 2026, launch on 1 December 2026. How long your beta lasts is in the terms you receive before you start.
How many places are there? Who gets in?
We tell everyone who signs up how many places there are. Sign up: your answers in the form tell us who you are and how you work.
What happens to my data when the beta ends?
You can export it to CSV at any time. What happens to your instance at the end of the beta is set out in the terms you receive before you start.
Can I sign up if my company isn’t in Switzerland?
Yes. bagai works from any country: public holidays for 155 countries and regions, a time zone per person, a currency per company, interface in English and Italian. The form accepts companies from any country.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Today bagai runs on the web, in your browser. The iPhone app comes out in beta in November, the Android app in December; iPad, Mac and Apple Watch follow by the end of 2026.
Can I bring my data from ClickUp?
bagai has a ClickUp importer, which an administrator uses from the web. Mention in the form that you’re coming from ClickUp.
What happens if I sign up twice?
If you send the form with an address that’s already signed up, the page tells you so and nothing else happens.
Can I cancel my sign-up?
Yes. Send us a message from the contact page and we’ll delete your data.
I left my email for the notification: do I need to sign up again on 1 November?
Yes. The notification only tells you that sign-ups are open; the actual sign-up is done with the full form.
