Roadmap

What’s coming in the next few months

Beta sign-ups open on 1 November and bagai launches on 1 December, with phone and chat; tickets arrive before that. The iPhone app is ready at launch, Android arrives in December, and iPad, Mac and Apple Watch by the end of 2026. In 2027, the CRM in spring and full accounting by summer.

Milestones

This is what we’re working on. When it’s ready, you’ll find it on the features page.

  1. Today

    bagai already works

We use it every day at Daiko Lab, for our own client work.

  2. Public beta sign-ups open

You sign up on the beta page; until then, leave your email and we’ll let you know. The iPhone app beta also starts in November.

  3. (next milestone)

    Tickets

Every client request, whether by email, phone or message, becomes a ticket linked to that client. Ready before launch.

  4. Launch day

bagai on the web and on iPhone, with phone and chat: calls and messages between colleagues, a business number and a phone system. CHF 19 per user per month instead of 49. Android also arrives in December.

  5. By the end of 2026

Apps for iPad, Mac and Apple Watch

And on Windows PCs, the web app, which you install like any other program.

  6. Last day of the launch price

Subscribe by this date and you keep paying CHF 19 per user per month afterwards. From 1 April 2027 the list price is CHF 49.

  7. Spring 2027

    CRM

Walk out of a client visit, dictate how it went, and bagai puts the follow-up call in your calendar. Every week you go through your deals by voice, and the ones you win become client projects.

  8. By summer 2027

    Full accounting

From hours to invoices and all the way to your company’s books, with no other software in between.

What we’re building

Phone and chat at launch; tickets, CRM and accounting on their dates. Everything else, email with your assistant included, rolls out as soon as it’s ready.

Phone and chat

At launch, on 1 December 2026.

  • Calls and chat between colleagues, right in the app.
  • A business number to make and take calls from bagai, without giving clients your personal number. We provide the number, just like the domain.
  • Phone system features: voice menu, call transfer, voicemail.
  • An AI assistant answers your clients’ calls: it knows who’s calling, says where their request stands, opens a new one in bagai and passes the call to the right colleague when needed.
  • Calls and voicemail messages recorded and transcribed in bagai, filed on the right client or task, with callers told they’re being recorded.
  • Want a phone system in the office? We supply and install Yeastar, with the assistant built in.

Tickets

By the end of November 2026, before launch.

  • A ticket for every request that comes in by email, phone or message, linked to the client.
  • From the ticket you open the task and log the time, just like the rest of your work.

CRM

In spring 2027.

  • Clients and prospects in a single list, with the people you talk to: name, role, phone, email. No duplicates.
  • Walk out of a visit and dictate how it went and when to follow up: the notes go on the client page, the follow-up goes in your calendar, Outlook or Google included.
  • Every morning bagai tells you who to call back, and flags the clients and job sites you haven’t talked to in a while.
  • Deals with a value and a deadline: every week you go through them by voice, one by one, and each one you win becomes a client project.
  • Reminders and emails about your quotes: you dictate them, the assistant writes them up properly, you read them over, and they go out from your own mailbox only with your yes.
  • From the Excel spreadsheet you use today, SharePoint included: bring in clients, contacts, visits and visit notes without retyping a thing.

Email with your assistant

Your Microsoft 365, Exchange and Google mail, read and drafted by bagai.

  • Every morning, a summary of yesterday’s emails, sent and received, and bagai reads out loud who got back to you.
  • Reply by voice: you dictate, the assistant polishes it, you read it over, and it goes out only with your yes.
  • Shared inboxes on the days you choose, for example info@ on Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • An email that needs action becomes a task or a ticket, on the right client.

Full accounting

By summer 2027.

  • Invoices built from hours and client projects, incoming and outgoing payments, all the way to your company’s books, all in bagai.
  • Products and price lists for quotes and invoices: upload a supplier’s new price list, and bagai swaps in the new costs and shows you what changes before it saves.

Companies and permissions

For groups with several companies: everyone sees only the companies they work for.

  • Everyone sees and manages only the clients, projects, tasks and hours of the companies they work for, on the web, in the apps and through AI assistants.
  • Tags and activity types linked to one or more companies.
  • A dedicated permission for deciding who creates and edits roles.
  • A simpler company page: legal name and country.

New features

Three new things for everyday work.

  • An archive for tasks and folders you no longer need.
  • Guided time splitting: when you stop the timer, bagai suggests how to split the time based on the work you actually did.
  • Notes, private or shared with colleagues, attached to clients, projects, tasks and appointments.

External calendars

Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Google, even more tightly connected to bagai.

  • An appointment created automatically in bagai for every event in your connected calendars, if you want it.
  • Accept or decline invitations from your external calendars, right from bagai.
  • See your colleagues’ external calendars.
  • Time logged from an appointment shows the start and end time too, not just the duration.

Ask bagai

Your assistant, in chat and on the phone: it knows your data and answers you in plain language.

  • A chat in the app and on the web: ask “how many hours did we put in for Rossi in October?” or “what’s still open on the Ferrari job site?” and it answers with your data.
  • On the phone too: call the bagai number and talk to the assistant, just like you would to a colleague at the office.
  • When there’s something to record, like a task, hours or an appointment, it reads it back to you and only saves it with your yes.
  • Every morning it reads you the day’s appointments and tasks, on your iPhone, on your Apple Watch or in your headphones.
  • More precise in the AI assistants you connect, too: it corrects time you’ve already logged, always knows who’s talking and assigns tasks to the right person.

The apps

The iPhone app is ready at launch, with the beta already in November. Android arrives in December, and iPad, Mac and Apple Watch by the end of 2026.

  • iPhone · Beta · November
  • iPad · Coming soon
  • Mac · Coming soon
  • Android · Coming soon
  • Apple Watch · Coming soon

On Windows PCs you use the web app, which by the end of 2026 you’ll be able to install like any other program.

And meanwhile, we keep improving the rest

Alongside the new features, we keep fixing and polishing what’s already there: tasks and projects, clients, time tracking, calendars, AI assistants, permissions, apps and notifications.
